Enquire

Start here

Tell us what is actually going on.

Not a contact form that goes nowhere. Someone reads every one of these properly before replying, usually within two working days.

Be specific. “I need help with strategy” tells us nothing. “Revenue has been flat for seven months and I cannot work out whether it is the offer or the pricing” tells us a great deal, and means the first conversation starts somewhere useful.

If you have taken the Business Strategy Test, mention your score and the constraint it identified. It saves a round of questions.

What happens next

Within two working days

A real reply from a person who has read what you wrote. Either a question, a proposed scope, or an honest note that this is not the right fit.

Then a scope and an invoice

We agree what the work is, what it costs and what you will have at the end. You are invoiced and pay by EFT. Nothing begins before that is settled.

If it is not a fit

We will say so plainly and point you somewhere more useful. Turning down work we cannot do well is part of how this practice stays worth hiring.
