One room, a small number of business owners, and a full day spent on the decisions each of you has been avoiding. Not a conference. Nobody is going to stand at the front and tell you to believe in yourself.
You arrive with a real decision. You leave having made it, in front of people who pushed back on it properly.
What the day covers
The Decision Room
We run a live decision through Frame, Ground, Test and Commit — the same sequence used in paid engagements. You will see your own assumptions separated from what you actually know, which is uncomfortable and useful in roughly equal measure.
The Assumption Ledger
Everything you know, everything you are assuming, and everything you do not know, written down and weight-tested. Most founders discover the thing holding the business back is sitting in the middle column.
The Strategic No List
You will leave with a written list of what you are not doing next quarter, by name. It is the single hardest exercise of the day and the one people report back on most.
The room itself
Business owners at a similar stage, in a space small enough that nobody hides. The conversations between sessions tend to be worth as much as the sessions.

How many people
30 seats, a number of them VIP. It is capped deliberately — the format does not work in a bigger room, and we would rather turn people away than dilute it.
Who should be in the room
Founders of businesses that are already trading, with a decision in front of them they have been putting off. If you are still working out whether the idea has legs, this is not the right day for you.
What you take home
A completed Assumption Ledger for your own business, a written Strategic No List, a decision you have actually committed to rather than one you are still turning over, the Founder Box, and the session workbook.
Seats
R2 950 standard, or R4 500 for a VIP seat. Once they are gone, they are gone — there is no second room and no livestream.
